Our roll-offs are built for residential and light commercial debris. These go straight in with no extra charge:
- Furniture, cabinets and shelving
- Carpet, rugs, padding and tile
- Drywall, lumber, trim and doors
- Yard and deck waste: branches, brush, old decking
- Appliances and electronics
- Toys, sporting goods and general household junk
- Boxes, packaging and move-out clutter
Ask us first
Heavy materials fill the weight allowance long before the bin looks full, so we route them to the right size and price them up front. Text us before loading: concrete, brick, block, dirt, sod, rock, mulch, logs and tree trunks, roofing shingles, and paint cans (dried latex only).
Not accepted
- Hazardous waste: oil, fuel, propane tanks, solvents, pesticides, wet paint
- Batteries, fluorescent tubes and other e-waste requiring special handling
- Tires (we can take them for $50 each, let us know ahead)
- Asbestos, medical waste and anything the landfill refuses
Fees to know
- $80 per ton over the included weight (1 to 3.5 tons depending on size)
- $20 per mattress or box spring
- $50 per tire
- $10 per extra rental day beyond the included 7 (or 14 on the 30 yard)
Loading tips that save money
- Break down furniture and boxes; flat loads hold more.
- Load heavy items first and spread them across the floor.
- Keep everything below the rim; we cannot haul an overfilled bin safely.
- Leave the rear door clear so you can walk heavy pieces in.

Can I put a mattress in the dumpster?
Yes. Mattresses and box springs are accepted for $20 each because the landfill charges us to handle them separately.
Can I throw away paint?
Dried latex paint cans are fine with approval. Wet paint, stains, solvents and oil-based products are hazardous and cannot go in the bin.
What happens if I load concrete without telling you?
The bin may exceed the included weight or the safe hauling limit. Text us first and we will put you in a 10 yard priced for heavy material.
